Personally, I would try uninstalling EI4 then do a clean reinstall. On the other hand, although I know the download is huge but I would also recommend upgrading to IE5. And if you want a browser that leaves a bunch of crap in your Windows temp directory, you might even try Netscape (but IMHO IE5 is much better in terms of not-so-obvious features). -- Brian
