Well, actually it tells me that eui is not a dynamically executable file.
Interesting. What does "file /usr/bin/eui" give you?

Like he said, ldd should point this out (missing 32bit libs and subsystem).

You probably have to activate the multiarch-libs module like Andreas pointed out.
slax activate multiarch-libs
