Which links are you talking about? http://phix.is-great.org/download.php works fine for me.

The Phix.exe that I was able to download has AVG Free with it's knickers in a twist about Win32/Heur in the main EXE.

I believe that this is a known false positive. http://openeuphoria.org/forum/m/120420.wc
