Hi, i am looking to start Java programming, i currently program in Delphi and a little in C, could anyone recommend how to start?
i don't even know what to download, where can i download the software? and where can i get good tutorials?

This is the wrong forum for Java programming.
At one point in time there were distinct different trends in programming languages:
Assembler and machine language gave way to C and C plus plus, which is the current status at the lowest level.
In higher languages, variations of:
1 Basic, and
2. Java,
both hold sway.
Euphoria is closer to Basic than to Java.
For open source Java and Java programming aids, look first at the following URLs, spend 30-40 minutes reading there and decide for yourself.
There are free downloads for your operating system.
