I am using version 0.45 that I downloaded from RDS. You recommend the newer
0.54.5? Why would there be two (or more) versions available on the RDS Web
site? (Maybe that is a question for Rob.)

Anyway, the code example is helpful, and I will copy it to my "snippets"
folder. (Hey, people, if you don't have something equivalent, you should
create it.)

Oh no, using Win32lib is easier than falling off a log. I just tend to
always want to do a little more than any given set of limitations allows.

to work with a tool and am ignorant of the difference between actual and
perceived limitations, or I am thoroughly familiar with the tools, its
actual limitations, and most of the known workarounds.

I am not suggesting that Win32lib has a lot of limitations. At this stage, I
am just perceive and becoming concerned about possible limitations out of
ignorance.
