DOS source ?

In the source code there is a file called " make_be_callback.ex ". 
 
If it is executed it creates a file called " be_callback.c ". 
 
I can not find any place in the source code that executes this file . 
 
If I manually execute it and run the watcom compiler I get the following error : 
 
Internal compiler limit exceeded, break module into smaller pieces. 
 
Does anyone have any knowledge of the execution of " make_be_callback.ex " file .
