Theres the Eu archives, if thats still works; as far as filesharing hosts, there aren't many left that aren't either shut down or sponsored by malware installs (the EXE you upload is randomly swapped for a virus on some % of downloads).

Actually, is there a reason its a .EXE in the first place? Why not just post it in source form?
