Now you're sounding like a wrongfull-injury lawyer. No matter what you make, someone will work hard enough to get injured by it. You are talking about willfully editing files to re-namespace them, or re-naming them to existing filenames.

Yes, they will. But doing something that we know will cause pain is something that requires significant benefits. I'm just not seeing the benefits here.
