A lot of discussion has occurred between the people who have been helping me & myself about whether the changes are matching what the docs currently say. My opinion was work to what the 32bit x86 version does rather than what the docs say as i'd prefer at the moment to have a working version rather than a "correct according to the docs" version and let everything work itself out in the wash eventually if it is decided by the powers that be that the ARM version is worth spending time on.

I think this is a good idea, as the more similiar the ARM version behaves like th x86 32bit version, the fewer differences Euphoria code needs to be aware of, and the more programs that will just work without change on ARM.

Once this effort is finished, I guarantee that these patches will be pushed into 4.1.0
