Can it be true?

Taken from rapideuphoria.com/future.htm "Includes with the same file name but different path will no longer be ignored. To be ignored, an include must refer to the exact same file as an earlier include. (a new name-space can still be defined, even though the include file is not actually included again.) On Linux/FreeBSD a case-sensitive file-name comparison is now used." If I read that correctly, the bug of not being able to include files with the same name but different contents will be fixed.
