I just built a fresh 64-bit 4.1.0 euphoria. You'll need to write your own eu.cfg, but otherwise, all of the binaries should be good to go: 

$ ./eui -v 
Euphoria Interpreter v4.1.0 development 
   64-bit Linux, Using System Memory 
   Revision Date: 2012-11-13 01:38:17, Id: 5838:c4cf83a3db32
