It is an bothers many more than one person.  Bound programs on the
listserver is a definite NO NO.  The Public Edition of Euphoria is at least
172K by itself.  All bound Euphoria programs have this in them.  During
binding the actual Euphoria program is bound to this Public Edition.  172K
takes a long time to download on a 56K modem.  When was the last time you
ran on a modem that was 9600 or less?
Sending shrouded code is acceptable, Assuming the shrouded code functions.

    Why am I blabbing to someone that apparently hasn't a clue as to the
bandwidth implications of EXE files.  You wouldn't send a self extracting
zip. would you?
