A namespace qualifier is needed to resolve WINDOWINFO_WLeft. 
WINDOWINFO_WLeft is defined as a global symbol in: 
    c:\euphoria\win32lib\include\Win32Lib.ew 
    c:\euphoria\win32lib\include\compat02.ew 
 
                      {WINDOWINFO_WLeft,         -- 01 The Window border's left pixel position
Is a bug or my files are corrupted?

A bug. The definition of WINDOWINFO_WLeft (and some others) should not be in compat02.ew.
