C:\EUPHORIA dissapeared

Something caused C:\EUPHORIA to disappear off my system, and ever since, I cannot get win32lib to run. When I try to run rundemos.exw I get:

I've reinstalled both Euphoria and win32lib from exactly the same files that I used to do my initial install a couple of months ago, and I've tried installing from Eu3.1-Win32Setup.exe but I get problems whichever way I turn.

Is there any hope for me?
