Yes, they are perfectly entitled to do that by euphoria's license. I'm fairly certain that I've spent more time developing euphoria (excepting Robert Craig, but then most of his time spent developing euphoria was before euphoria was open source 
), and I can say that I don't feel exploited at all by anyone producing closed source software with euphoria.
