Error using Euphoria 3.1.1 with Windows 7

Hello,

When I type from the command line,

ecw -wat E:\Euphoria\ascii\RGBview.exw

I get:

'wcc386' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
'wlink' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Any help appreciated,
