Getting Started with IUP

Jeremy, I'd like to start working with Eu 4.x and IUP. I've got 4.x installed and working and have downloaded your zip package and the windows runtime but I'm not sure where to unzip and how to configure the IUP pieces to get it working.

Could you post some suggestions on organizing the files/folders what references/config items that may need to change?
