but it gives me this: <a href="/wiki/view/OpenEuphoria.org.wc">OpenEuphoria Web Site</a>
You need to put the http:// in there:
[[http://OpenEuphoria.org|OpenEuphoria Web Site]] -> OpenEuphoria Web Site
