Translating the manual

My native language is spanish. And i have started to talk in some spanish forum about euphoria, there are people interested in the language and i have committed to make some tutorials, but if they want to learn the language in deep there is nothing like reading the reference manual (I can't put all the standard library in a tutorial).

Is there any plans to translate the manual?

How can i help to translate it?
