Just wanted to pass this info on, to hopefully prevent any of you running into any bother. This is not Euphoria related but the quickest way to get this info out is to post it to any news\e-mail groups with which you are associated. Regards Terry ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- MESSAGE FROM BREAKAWAY SUPPORT We've just been informed that the joke regarding the frog being splattered in a blender and the fish joke both contain viruses set to execute on the 28th of May. If you still have them on your hard drive delete them ASAP. The programs were called blender.exe and fish.exe. They are viruses now being sent to people via e-mail...called the A.I.D.S. VIRUS. It will destroy your memory, sound card, speakers, and hard drive, and it will infect your mouse or pointing devices, as well as your keyboards, and you won't be able to type. Remember it will not register on the screen. It self terminates only after it eats 5MB of hard drive space & will delete all programs. It will come via E-mail called "OPEN: VERY COOL! :) ". DELETE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! immediately!! It will basically render your computer useless. Also, if you receive an e-mail titled "Win AHoliday" DO NOT open it. It will erase everything on your hard drive. Someone is also sending out a very desirable screen-saver, a Bug's Life -"BUGGLST.ZIP". If you download it, you will lose everything!! Your hard drive will crash and someone from the Internet will get your screen name and password. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! Forward this info to as many people as you can. This is a new, very malicious virus and not many people know about it. This information was announced yesterday morning by Microsoft. Also, do not open or even look at any mail that says 'RETURNED OR UNABLE TO DELIVER'. This virus will attach itself to your computer components and render them useless. Immediately delete mail items that say this. AOL has said that this is a very dangerous virus and that there is no remedy for it at this time.
