It's there, ticket:560. It is no longer active, however. That's why it disappeared off the list. You can use the right menu to say closed tickets. Or if you know the ticket number, you can enter it on the right menu under the Id: [] box and press Go. Another way to find them (if recent) is use the Recent tab above and select only tickets.

I think Matt fixed the problem, thus closed the ticket.
