Editors SVN repo - Moved to Mercurial

The Editors SVN repo branch (http://rapideuphoria.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/rapideuphoria/tools/editors) has been moved to our new Mercurial server, hg:editors. The old SVN directory will remain for some time but will no longer be active. Any commits to that branch will never make it to production. Accessing that branch will result in old, out dated editor syntax files.

Please use the new hg:editors repo for all Editor related work.

Also... I added a syntax.ex file to help w/creating and testing editor modes. It should contain everything that is normally highlighted in an editor. If anyone wishes to expand on this, please feel free.
