Online Manual vs .PDF File

I've been trying to go through the (new?) online manual and while the organization is great the links starting in section 5 or so aren't correct. Thus when clicking on a link to go to the next page I can go anywhere (pretty much anyway smile ) Not finding fault here just trying to get to some of the pages via the links and being basically told 'no, go here instead' ...

Is there perhaps a printable manual (.doc or .pdf) available? If so how do I find it? If not can something be made available? I'm old fashioned in that I like to read a printed page and make (sometimes copious) notes as I read through the documentation.
