Just out of curiosity, what project are you working on that this is a part of? Airports, GPS coordinates, Euphoria... sounds like fun!

Add-on utilities for FlightGear - the open source flight simulator. There are only a few, and those are mostly for Windows. FlightGear runs better on Linux, so I want to create some for that platform.

Irv, are you a pilot or just enjoy FlightGear?
