pdf of doc / for the curious

I can now upload pdf documentation to sourceforge.

The pdf may be found if "View all files" is clicked on the sourceforge site:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/rapideuphoria/files/Documentation/pdf.zip/download

The first version is there just to show it works. Using wkhtmltopdf is a new way of producing the documentation. The pdf can use css to control the styling and will allow svg diagrams to be included.

An update to the "downloads" page to link to the pdf is needed. (I am unable to edit pages on this site.)

Ideas and help with the documentation is needed. Please send me any ideas and opinions.
