I didn't use it directly, but as a starting point. I moved the menu over, plus some other fixes for zoomed page / smaller window rendering. Take a look.

I carefully did NOT move the menu to the right, because that was absolutely forbidden. The skinnier right menu makes better use of space too. The ticket page looks lots better. There's no word wrap on the forum (but there never was?), so long lines inside eucode blocks gets cut off. http://test.openeuphoria.org/docs/eu400_0001.html still has issues.
