I frequently get the forum without the css styling. Both with Firefox and Chrome.

The css and html validate, so.. I'm guessing a server configuration problem?

I suspect this could be related to the error 500 as well- if it happens on the CSS file, that wont load, and it will have the effect that the page will appear un-styled.

(However, I dont see the stars whether the CSS loads or not)
