These are now available.
eubins-linux-bin.tar.gz is similiar to the old format - just the 4 binaries (eui, euc, eub, and eu.a) - and a much smaller download.
eubins-linux.tar.gz is similiar to the mingw32 and the old watcom-windows builds - they include everything that you get from doing an svn checkout.
