w32new_memset()

Hello EUman!

I use Euphoria since february this year. Recently I have download version
0.60.0 of win32lib and winlib IDE v 0.18.20.
IDE doesn't start. Error:

C:\EUPHORIA\include\w32dll.ew:183
w32new_memset has not been declared
                memset = w32new_memset()

With previous version of winlib I doesn't have this problem. Can somebody
help me?
