At first I used only 3.1 for production and I had both 3.1 and 4.0 working side by side. Now, I use 4.0 for everything it seems so... well... stable.

On the other hand, we throw scores of tests at it and we get the feeling that this thing is perfect and then someone tries something that we hadn't thought about and we realize there is another bug after all and probably many others we haven't discovered yet.
