Ok, I just made a change to openEuphoria.org and the redirect is immediate now. Plus I changed the text being displayed to ...

I see your point but the main problem with that is that "eu400_0003.html" might change over time as the docs are auto generated. Also, going to the 'news' page is a reasonable entry point for both newcomers and existing users.
