Nobody.

Theres loads of stuff broke. The wiki doesn't even work at all. Nobody fixed the meta redirects, so Google defines the entire OpenEuphoria project as "Until the issues are resolved permanently". The layout breaks at 1024x768. Theres 2 websites for Eu almost completely unrelated to eachother, one of which looks like its from the early nineties, probably because it is- the majority of the sites it links to haven't been online since then either. Theres loads more to rant about, but I wont waste my time..
