TCL/TK wrapper feedback

Nice work.

Adding Tcl and tk 8.3 to the library list, I also got it working on a SuSE 7
machine
with eu 2.5, so minimal fiddling to get a working gui.

_May_ be the thing to use for a standard include for gui work for linux euphoria
installations, with Matt's wxEuphoria being the bells and whistles (and nicer
look)
add in. Just a thought.

May be an opportunity to add a wrapper for this to get a wxEuphoria like API,
to reduce the learning curve required to step up to wxEu. Again, just a muse.

Now to go and relearn tcl/tk!
