Yeah, I've got that one corrected.  Even though it gave that error,
it should have installed everything for you.  Try:

$ which exu

And /etc/euphoria/euinc.conf should be there.   There should be a bunch
of stuff in /usr/share/euphoria and /usr/share/doc/euphoria.  Also
try:

$ man exu
$ man ecu
$ man eubackend

They're not very good, but they're a start.
