Do you see that {} is one of the main odious features of C language? The C style just is based on perpetuale {}, C just can not live without {}.

Why that main feature of C language texts claims to be a EU logo?

I see some call to migrate to C in {} or {} based logos of EU.

In EU, these {} are just sequence-formation operator, just one of different options to write a sequence, mainly simple and short one.

Igor,
I understand that you and I think differently about almost everything in the universe, so I acknowledge that this post is really a waste of both our time. However ...

You have it the wrong way around, in my opinion. The sequence is one of the definitive attributes of Euphoria, right? And the {} is the syntax Euphoria uses to write sequence literals and one of the ways to create sequences, right? Thus the {} could be used to represent that special thing (sequences) about Euphoria.

Braces are used in many different languages; mainly to show the lexical scope of a set of statements - e.g. a function, a class, a structure, etc ... Many languages have these constructs and they are not so special to any particular language; even Euphoria has similar constructs. So trying to use braces as an icon for those language is not very clever. But when thinking of Euphoria, the brace makes sense as it could symbolize that special aspect of the language.

Thanks for reading this far blink I won't be arguing the point with you so there is no need to reply, I just wanted to state that I have a different opinion from yours.
