Let me see if I understand you ... you believe it was your effort and persuasive argument that caused the current switch design? And all the hours of discussion before you joined in the discussion were for nothing?

I believe you. I'm sure you do follow all the discussion, arguments, prototyping, etc... that the developers do outside this forum. However, just because you can't see it, it doesn't mean its not happening.
