Do you see a list of Newest Files ... ? 

euphoria-4.0b1.tar.gz 
euphoria-src-4.0b1.zip 
euphoria-src-4.0b1.tar.gz 
euphoria_40b1.exe
Just click on a file to download it.

I see a list called Newest Files and one called All Files but there are no files in either list.
