EUforum updated to latest Euphoria/Creole

The forum software has not changed functionality, but code has changed to get it up to date with the latest Euphoria release (SVN #2166) and the latest Creole release. This should fix quite a few formatting issues.

Please take note of any errors you see and report them here. Using the latest SVN copy of Euphoria for EUforum, we have caught quite a few bugs. We hope that this bug catching continues.
