Where can I get "win32_wrapper.e"?

Greetings;

I am trying to run WINDOW.EXW with dawg by Chris Bensler (DLL Automatic Wrapper Generator). And I get the an error:

C:\Euphoria-other-Editors\Dawg\WINDOW.EXW:44 can't find win32_wrapper.e in C:\Euphoria-other-Editors\Dawg or in c:\euphoria\win32lib\include or in c:\euphoria\include include win32_wrapper.e

Press Enter

Please, where can I get "win32_wrapper.e".
