Make sure your paths are updated... 

$ cd /usr/local/lib 
$ sudo ldconfig


Also, check your dependancies...

{{{ $ cd /usr/local/lib $ ldd libwxeu.so


Then run a test on the library manually...

I have wxeu.so. I don't have libwxeu.so. Do I need libwxeu.so? Or is libwxeu.so.13 good enough?
