Eu4 + WinLib?

Hey,

I must admin I'm still working on vEu3 as I'm very much dependent upon the WinLib libs, but can I convert to Eu4 and still use WinLib without any significant problems? (Probably a though question to answer at this stage, but I'll take my chances.. :) )
