I think the obvious solution is for somebody to create (or rewrite) a Code Archive manager and host it at a new URL (like www.EuphoriaRepo.com or www.OpenEuphoria.org/coderepo).
Any items currently in RDS' archive can either be moved by the author or by a volunteer. If each of us did two or three items a day, we could move it all over in a week or two.
Or even make it automated. I'm sure Rob could supply a usable list of the current archive contents.
