Ok, doing the EUVISTA trick: 

C:\testforchris\bin > SET EUVISTA=1 
C:\testforchris\bin > ex.exe 
Euphoria Interpreter 4.0a3 for 32-bit DOS.

file name to execute?

So ex.exe is correct as well.
