It is a bug in the command line handling. I'll work on that now.
However, for now it can be avoided by using svnversion.exe. But it appears that it can't find that program on your system. That program comes when you install SubVersion and it needs to be on your path.

I'am using the TortoiseSVN Client.
SubVersion is a complete SubVersion System that is why I don't
have it on my XP Home system.
I don't think it is a good idea to require a user
to have SubVersion on their system to build the Euphoria
binaries.
I hope you can fix the code so svnversion.exe is not needed.
