Here are some problems I noticed with Eu 4.0, many win32lib or win32 programs take a few mins before they start up. Also, because my machine is 64-bit, I cannot run any of the dos programs unless I use the win32 interpeter. I was wondering if Eu 4.0 will include 64-bit support at some point? Other than that I haven't come across anything else, I will post any bugs or other problems if I do come across them, however.
I don't think Windows 64bit supports 64bit dos apps either. 
I am working on 64bit support for eu on Unix (specifically Linux + glibc + etc). This is quite difficult, but once I get it working on Linux a port of that to 64bit Windows will probably be much easier.
