New Docs Online

New Eu 4.0 docs have been uploaded. They include a few changes in the reference section, simply that multi-line global/public variables are now documented.
The other big changes is that all items are written to the docs now, even those that do not have a document comment attached to them. This is changed from the past. Previously, only those items which had a document comment attached were written.
There are no changes to the actual text of the docs, only that more now appears.
Once we hit beta for 4.0, focus will shift to greater stability and more documentation.
