I am not sure what's going on here but I do know that bcc has not been tested in a while. On Windows, we have been supporting OpenWatcom as that is what Euphoria was originally written in (well, Watcom). Bcc is no longer developed and is aging quickly so I believe we have lost interest in maintaining support for it.

I would follow this tutorial on compiling Eu40 from source:
