[Win32Lib] ListTreeView.EXW: drag'n'drop? (Matt)

Matt,
You made a Win32Lib demo for a Tree View / List combo, with an apparent intention to allow drag and drop, but it's not working the way I thought it would. Is it maybe just intended to allow files from Explorer to be added into either the list or the Tree?
I'm wanting rather to be able to drag items IN THE TREE to different positions IN THE TREE, is that possible? [& if so, how 
]
