New wish list ( v4.1?)

Perhaps this is not the best time for a new wish list, with the current hectic development, but I would like to propose some features of a future version of Euphoria:
Functions 'findAtom' and 'findSequence' could easily be written in Euphoria to search for an atom or a sequence within a sequence, but if they were built in, making use of the internal format of a sequence, they could be much quicker.
The other proposal is to export a variable as read-only, to become, effectively, a constant. For example, in the documentation for win32lib
w32ColorNames
w32ColorValues
w32ControlNames
w32ControlTypes
are described as constants, but may be altered because they are variables and exported as such.
