Under WinXP SP2:
I just opdted my source dir, revision reports as 1352, not 1353.
bin\exwc.exe id's as rev 1264.
Building for the winall target completed succesfully without cleaning first.
Backed up exwc.exe, ecw.exe and ecw.lib, and replaced them by the newly created binaries. exwc.exe now id's as rev 1352.
Cleaning, then building again now errors out exactly like Bernie described.
